Senior HR – Talent & Culture Partner
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Senior HR – Talent & Culture Partner to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in both strategic hiring and culture building, and who can represent the brand with passion and commitment.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition: Explore and execute diverse hiring channels LinkedIn, Naukri, industry events, video ads, recruitment agencies—to bring in top-quality talent without compromising standards.
Employer Branding: Act as a brand ambassador, showcasing the company's values and opportunities across platforms, networks, and events.
Culture Champion: Nurture and strengthen company culture, ensuring every process and interaction reflects our core values.
Employee Experience: Monitor and support employees to ensure a safe, inclusive, and engaging workplace where people can do their best work.
Onboarding & Integration: Ensure smooth onboarding experiences that set new hires up for success and align them with company culture from day one.
Collaboration: Partner closely with leadership and teams to anticipate people needs, solve challenges, and maintain a thriving work environment.
Requirements
Minimum 3+ years of HR experience with proven track record in recruitment and culture management.
Strong command of English communication (written & spoken).
Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Experience leveraging multiple sourcing methods for recruitment.
Proactive, resourceful, and committed to putting the company's brand and people first.
Passion for building and maintaining a positive, values-driven culture.
